Patrick Carroll completed electronics training in the United States Military

With 19 years of professional experience, Mr. Carroll's expertise is in the use of the IBM iseries. He is also skilled in web design and Unix applications. At Rocket Software, he acts as a liaison between customers and software developers. He helps developers understand the changes that need to be made in order to satisfy client requirements.
Additionally, Mr. Carroll is involved with providing acquaintances with web design and management services; he intends to transform these activities into a business endeavor. Prior to his current position, Mr. Carroll served in the United States Military, where he completed electronics training.
In 2004, Mr. Carroll received a Master of Information Science from the University of Phoenix. He is a member of the iSeries Users Group and his alma mater's alumni association. A volunteer for his local church, he attributes his success to his flexibility and customer service skills.
